Android Emulators
Your first option is to use an Android emulator. It is a tool programmed to virtualize your computer and turn it into an Android device. In this way, you can install the apps locally, and Android apps will work as if they are on an Android device. However, it consumes a lot of power and energy from the computer because it simulates the hardware and software of the computer.
Phone-to-PC Connection
Another option is to open and run the app on your Android device (phone) and use it through your PC or laptop. But to do this, you must connect your phone to your PC or laptop while running the app.
Recommended Android Emulators

Android Studio
The Android Studio is Google’s official emulator. It is not suitable for playing games, but it is excellent for developers to design and test their created apps.
MEmu
MEmu has similar features to Nox Player and BlueStacks. It is a new app in contrast to the other two. It supports different Android versions and also AMD and Nvidia Chips.
Nox Player
Nox player works best for gaming, especially huge games which take up much storage. It is free, and another good feature of this emulator is that it allows the user to adjust the amount of storage it can use.
